lead, motivate, and manage a team of optical advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
assist with the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth operations and effective stock management
ensure that all health and safety, compliance, and legal requirements are adhered to
drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store targets and KPIs
maintain high visual merchandising standards to attract customers and showcase products
provide support to customers in selecting eyewear, lenses, and accessories that best suit their needs
foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages personal development
handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
proven experience in retail management, ideally within optical or healthcare retail
strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering a positive experience
strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
knowledge of optical products and services is advantageous, but not essential
flexible and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude
