Responsibility

  • lead, motivate, and manage a team of optical advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • assist with the daily running of the store, ensuring smooth operations and effective stock management
  • ensure that all health and safety, compliance, and legal requirements are adhered to
  • drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store targets and KPIs
  • maintain high visual merchandising standards to attract customers and showcase products
  • provide support to customers in selecting eyewear, lenses, and accessories that best suit their needs
  • foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages personal development
  • handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • proven experience in retail management, ideally within optical or healthcare retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering a positive experience
  • strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • knowledge of optical products and services is advantageous, but not essential
  • flexible and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • must be flexible to cover weekend work
