  • maintain good professional working relationships with relevant external organisations and suppliers
  • to ensure all maintenance equipment is appropriately used, stored and maintained in line with the Health and Safety policy and risk assessment

Requirements

Responsibility

  • to ensure the smooth running of the service day-to-day
  • to oversee and manage the staff rota
  • supporting the team with debriefs, general ongoing support, and team meetings, managing up to date training
  • to have a basic understanding of mental health
  • to support and engage with those attending the mental health drop in
  • be a point of contact for any concerns from service users
  • to manage the environment, including dealing with any challenging behaviour
  • maintain good professional working relationships with external organisations, including attending regular meetings during the day

  • to work with the support lead/team leader within their direction of leadership
