Working hours

Responsibility

  • to support the Nursery Manager in all aspects of running a successful Children's Day Nursery and cover in their absence
  • I am looking for a highly enthusiastic passionate person someone wanting making a difference to children’s lives
  • the successful candidate will also be required to provide cover as required across the Nursery
  • you need to have experience of leading a nursery room and you need to be very organised with great initiative
  • applicants would need to be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Play Learning and Development or equivalent
  • you need confidence, great understanding and good listening skills
  • communication and management skills are key to this job role particularly in working in partnership with parents and other carers
  • you must ensure that all Policies & Procedures are followed as set out by the Nursery
