Responsibility
- develop a solid and trusting relationship between ourselves and the customer
- be the focal point for all communications between both internal and external stake holders
- have overall responsibility for programme delivery

- be able to report on, and present data against a defined set of performance metrics both on a monthly and quarterly basis
Requirements
- demonstrate a proven track record in a customer facing project, or account management role
- possess excellent communication skills
- possess strong commercial awareness
