- develop a solid and trusting relationship between ourselves and the customer
- be the focal point for all communications between both internal and external stake holders
- have overall responsibility for programme delivery
- develop a thorough understanding of the customer, their needs, and be proactive in ensuring we evolve to meet those requirements
- drive collaboration and robust communication between all parties
- be able to analyse and present data both internally and externally on performance, progress, goals, and improvement activities
- be proactive in helping to defining continuous improvement activities
- be able to project manage specific customer implementations and ensure delivery against an agreed timeline
Requirements
- demonstrate a proven track record in a customer facing project, or account management role
- possess excellent communication skills
- possess strong commercial awareness
- have the ability to interpret and present data and provide reporting against key metrics
- demonstrate strong problem solving skills, and be proactive in developing solutions
- be able to work under pressure, and within agreed time scales
- posses decisive decision making skills which you are able to implement successfully
