Responsibility

  • project management of third-party manufacturing partner to ensure the on time delivery of future robot iterations
  • recruiting, training and day to day management of Robot Supervisors
  • improving working procedures for the efficient operation of robots
  • interaction with CTO and wider technical team to report operational issues with the robots which may require future design changes
  • managing logistics network to ensure timely delivery of robots and parts from manufacturing partner to retail network
  • ensure quality control of robots through implementation of processes, working with manufacturing partners and delivery of testing programme prior to delivery to end user
  • relationship management of retail network and customers to ensure consistent service and timely repairs / maintenance
  • ensure timely deployment of robots at end customer sites in support of retail partners
