Responsibility

  • you will possess previous experience as an Account Manger within a fast-paced environment preferably Aerospace
  • strong communication, influential skills are essential to the overall delivery of the position, both internally and externally at all levels
  • king and Fowler UK Ltd are market leaders in the provision of surface treatment and special processes in the global aerospace and automobile industry and are currently recruiting a Account Manager
  • the Role Will involve the creation and management of operational schedules, ensuring customer expectation and requirements remain at the core of our business
  • full remit of sales order processing through to product dispatch, you will ensure the end-to-end process is completed in a timely manner, overseeing each responsibility whilst setting customer expectations on delivery, providing updates on issues, queries or delays
  • experience holding difficult conversations
  • demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure, with autonomy and part of a team
  • you will be at the forefront leading by example providing exceptional customer service, ensuring visibility to your colleagues and the wider business
