Responsibility
- perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of machinery and site assets
- troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues to minimize production downtime and optimize equipment performance
- utilize your expertise in PLC fault finding to diagnose and rectify control system issues
- conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other infrastructure components
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety throughout the organization

- kinetrol Limited, a leading specialist in pneumatic actuators and dashpots, is seeking a versatile and highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team
- coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance activities when necessary
Requirements
- minimum of HNC or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline
- proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines
- solid understanding of PLC programming and fault finding
- familiarity with basic building maintenance tasks, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repair work
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors
