we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our team
we are looking to recruit a highly motivated team leader to join our nursery
the candidate must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification and ideally have experience of working in a childcare setting
you must have sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement this within a nursery setting
you must hold at least a Level 3 or above and have at least 2 years experience of working in a setting and have had some experience in a supervisory or senior role
the candidate will be expected to have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and be able to plan, observe and monitor their key children
you may be required to take responsibility whilst the manager is not in the setting and also be a key holder for the nursery
other duties include providing a stimulating environment for the children to learn, undertaking care routines, liaising with parents and other professionals, attending training and staff meetings
