Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our team
- we are looking to recruit a highly motivated team leader to join our nursery
- the candidate must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification and ideally have experience of working in a childcare setting
- you must have sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and how to implement this within a nursery setting
- you must hold at least a Level 3 or above and have at least 2 years experience of working in a setting and have had some experience in a supervisory or senior role
- the candidate will be expected to have a sound knowledge of the EYFS and be able to plan, observe and monitor their key children
- you may be required to take responsibility whilst the manager is not in the setting and also be a key holder for the nursery
- other duties include providing a stimulating environment for the children to learn, undertaking care routines, liaising with parents and other professionals, attending training and staff meetings
