- continually asses and where appropriate identify any issues at property or its residents
- work under the support manager to achieve and follow through all tasks given
- to work as a member of our team to deliver detailed reports and assistance with all property and tenancy related requirements
- to build a professional yet personally supportive bond with the citizens being supported, and to genuinely and in a committed way work to assist them in achieving a set of identified goals from within their support plan
- to apply a robust approach to all tenancy related matters in order to enable the citizens to understand their responsibilities as tenants and citizens of the wider community
- to ensure that where necessary, in line with internal procedures and policies, that where necessary information is passed to other internal or external departments in a timely manner and that such onward requests are recorded within relevant documentation
- to ensure that any incidents of a Safeguarding nature, effecting citizens within the Initial Supported Housing system are notified immediately to the relevant management

- after inspection log all works on company software and locate material to ensure time efficiency
