  • \* Bake and decorate cakes for our cafe, wholesale customers, wedding and events independently to a high standard
  • \* collaborate with the baking team to develop new cake menus
  • \*assist with preparing lunch and brunch dishes
  • \* have excellent attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness
  • \* have a keen interest in food and baking
  • \* be highly organised, multitasking and work well under pressure
  • \* provide excellent customer service and
  • \* provide support in general front of house, kitchen and general cleaning duties
