Earnings on positions in KILTER CARE
KILTER CARE is looking for employees for positions:
- to ensure young people’s support needs are assessed, and that a support plan is in place to meet his/her needs
- to assess any presenting risks and ensure that a risk assessment is in place to manage these
- to ensure that each young person is actively involved in the decision-making processes concerning their lives
- to assist young people in securing move on accommodation, a leaving care furniture grant and with moving into new accommodation
