Responsibility

- assess risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in business situation
- provide accurate and rapid cost calculations and quotations to customers

- provide assistance with budgets, strategy, planning and forecasting, when required
- work closely with the Specification function in developing key relationships with Architects, Engineers, Local Authorities and Contractors
- assist with marketing activities to promote the awareness of the product range and ensure that all literature meets current legislative requirements
Requirements
- track record of success in overseeing projects from inception to completion and identifying and mitigating risks involved
- technical sales experience across a range of materials and processes in the building materials/quarry products industry is highly desirable
- knowledge of key contacts and players in the building industry
