- carry Out Site Induction, Tool Box Talks & Daily Briefings
- produce & Maintain Site Specific Risk & Method Statements
- develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary
- conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations & Project Specifications
- communicate effectively with the Contractor, Client and Housing Association Reprasentatives
- attend Weekly Progress Meetings with the Contractor & HA Representatives
- issue Site instructions, requests for information and permits as required
Requirements
- must hold a Valid SMSTS certification and First Aid
- experience in the Management of Multiple Trades to Include Dry Lining, Roofing, Carpentry, Fire Protection and Multi traders alongside Labourers
- proficiency in the Project Management System 'ACONEX"
- excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
