warehouse supervisor
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- supervise and coordinate the activities of the Warehouse and Malt Floor team to ensure efficient and safe operations
- monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- manage all aspects of our Cask Warehousing operation in conjunction with the Production Manager
- train and mentor new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- maintain a clean and organised work environment
- monitor and maintain consistently high standards in the production of our own malt ensuring this is delivered to predermined specifications in conjunction with the Production Manager
Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory role within a cask warehouse would be advantageous but not essential
- previous experience of traditional malt floor operations would be advantageous but we willl provide on the job training
- flexible apporach with an eye for detail, driven to succeed and willing to lead the team by example
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
