- maintaining and updating the online marketing plan for the website, including organising and overseeing marketing campaigns relevant to the business at that time
- any other duties within the business as and when requested to support the efficient day to day running of the business

Requirements
- high levels of understanding & proficiency in relation to eCommerce, digital marketing and social media
- strong and confident IT skills
- previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- excellent communication skills with both external customers and internal colleagues
- willingness to continuously learn and develop product knowledge base
- ability to provide ongoing feedback as well as reports to director
