Responsibility
- room Leader– Key Responsibilities
- we’re looking for a passionate Qualified Level 3 Room Leader Nursery Nurse to join our wonderful nursery. The role involves helping to run the nursery, supporting other practitioners and building great relationships with parents and children
- you will be working in partnership with the Manager and Deputy Manager to maintain the operational efficiency of the nursery, deputising when required
- to work flexibly as part of the team, assisting and supporting colleagues wherever required, in order to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
Requirements
- have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare
- have previous experience working as a room leader/third in charge in a similar environment
- have good communication and writing skills
- be able to provide high quality childcare
