- processing customer orders
- picking & packing
- taking goods inwards/outwards
- assisting with unpacking stock, restocking, and rotating stock
- assisting with stock taking
- perform any ad hoc tasks relating to customer service as requested
- ensure Ensuring a high level of customer service to all customers all tasks are correctly time tracked, logged and managed
