- perform maintenance and installation tasks for fire alarms and security systems
- work with leading technologies such as Advanced Electronics and Kentec
- diagnose and repair faults proactively
- record work details accurately on work sheets and digital systems
- manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
- participate in out-of-hours standby and call-out rota
Requirements
- proven industry experience at the engineering level for servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of systems
- familiarity with Advanced Electronics and Kentec systems
- full clean driving license
- willingness to undergo client-based security and DBS checks
- good understanding of current fire alarm standards
- flexibility in approach to work and working hours
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail
