demonstrate a full understanding of and commitment to the purpose of the assessment period
to take an active part in the assessment process regarding children and families
to provide quality and detailed evidenced based assessment observation recordings
to be responsible for the supervision and support of identified families and ensure the safety of children at all times
to work a shift pattern on a rota which includes day & night shifts, weekend shifts, bank holiday shifts and sleeping in duties, also on rota basis
to work as part of a team in a residential based setting; undertaking family assessments in line with the National Assessment Framework; undertaking individual sessions of work with families in order to promote positive parenting
to ensure the safety of the children remains central to the assessment/intervention process. To also promote the health, welfare and safety of all families
to build up appropriate professional working relationships and work in partnership with families, working in partnership with parents, advising and supporting them in the care of their child
