Responsibility

  • the receptionist/administrator plays an essential liaison role between the building occupants, clients, customers, and suppliers
  • they are expected to carry out reception, office administrative and some facilities management functions in a high profile shared occupancy building
  • the position requires a high degree of motivation, flexibility, customer service and good office pc skills Previous experience desirable
  • receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages promptly
  • handle all general enquiries via main switchboard, email and in person
  • greet, assist and/or direct visitors, suppliers, contractors, and the general public
  • daily handling of mail
  • ensure security procedures are adhered to
