Responsibility
- ● Work with the applications team to build proof of concept demonstrations of next-generation quantum-safe networking
- ● Develop an optical test-bed for validating classical and quantum networking
- ● Experimentally evaluate performance of modifications of layer 2/3 communication protocols which incorporate quantum-safe cryptographic primitives
- ● Liaise closely with the cryptography team to provide input on practical implementations/limitations of layer 1 network topologies
- ● Support commercial team in deploying field demonstrations of MVPs to trusted commercial partners
- ● Produce technical design specifications and documentation
- ● Deliver research papers & patents where appropriate
- ● Engage with the wider community where appropriate
