- create high-quality 2D/3D architectural renderings and visualizations of proposed properties
- develop detailed and accurate floor plans, elevations, and site plans using CGI software
- produce realistic 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering for interior and exterior environments
- incorporate feedback from project stakeholders to refine and enhance visualizations
- ensure that all design elements and details align with project specifications and timelines
- stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CGI technology and techniques
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field
- proven experience as a CGI 2D/3D designer, preferably within the property development or architecture industry
- proficiency in CGI software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar
- strong artistic and design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- strong communication and presentation skills
