Responsibility

  • ensure all vehicles are kept clean and tidy at all times give the company a good image to our customers
  • likewise with 3rd carriers, monitor these daily and alert the customer care team of any potential delivery delays
  • monitor Max Optra throughout the day to ensure drivers are meeting deliveries on time, periodically review drivers’ performance using data from Max Optra
  • monitor the collections carried out by 3rd party carriers to ensure they are no missed or left unactioned
