Requirements

  • support Payroll & Benefits Partner to administer payroll across all regions within Kentro
  • managing and administering the in-house payroll system
  • preparing payroll for each region in a timely and efficient manner
  • ensuring that payments to individuals are made in accordance to the individual contractual terms
  • respond to team mate queries
  • 1-2 yrs experience working in a payroll environment
  • managing the non-UK based payrolls in conjunction with the local payroll providers, these include United States, Asia, Europe
  • maintain payroll documentation and files to ensure we comply with Company, Statutory and Regulatory requirements
