Requirements
- at least three years¿ experience within financial services, either operationally or within a second line of defence function
- strong sense of accountability reflected in a willingness to take responsibility for tasks and the ability see tasks through to completion
- understands the need to drive positive consumer outcomes but balancing this with the needs of the business
- highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and with good attention to detail
- strong team player who has a positive attitude and works collaboratively with others

- working knowledge of UK mortgage products, processes and regulatory requirements
- general understanding of the key deliverables required by UK regulatory bodies and their impact on the UK Financial Services sector, in particular relating to financial promotions, Consumer Duty, treating customers fairly requirements, conduct risk and financial crime
Responsibility
- contribute to ad-hoc projects as designated by the Compliance Advisory Manager, or Compliance Director
- oversight of the team mailbox which receives all requests for compliance advice and ensuring all items are logged and the advice given by the team is recorded ensuring that all items are being correctly allocated and filed
- understanding and oversight of HighQ , ensuring that policies for review are correctly allocated within the team and the advice and final documents reviewed are correctly filed
- oversight of KAS , ensuring that documents are corrected allocated for review and any advice and final documents are correctly filed
