Responsibility
- the Nursery Manager is responsible for the team and cohort of children within Kensal House Nursery
- to take day to day responsibility for children & staff
- to ensure high standards of care at the nursery
- ensure records of children are up to date
- ensure Key-worker System is in place and records are kept accordingly
- ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
- to provide professional leadership and management of Kensal House Nursery and to help ensure that all children receive the highest standards of care and education
- implementing and facilitating excellent and positive partnership working with parents and families
