Responsibility
- we are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee our company's day to day operations
- negotiating the price of shipment transportation with supplier base
- keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency
- processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders to ensure accuracy prior to submission
- A busy Shipping & Freight Forwarding company require an experienced Office Manager preferably with a sound knowledge of Import and Export procedures and experienced in the use of Port Community Systems, Chief/CDS and other associated industrial platforms
- creating and implementing Office policies and procedures
- you will be responsible for the overview of processing shipment orders, monitoring the completed transport orders, and evaluating the performance of carriers, shipments and department employees etc
- hiring, training, and supervising Office employees

Requirements
- preferable a working knowledge in logistics, supply chain management and import / export customs procedures or similar preferred
- more than five years experience
- proficiency in Software and knowledge in office based systems and associated software
- extensive budgeting and reporting experience

- exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
