- you will be responsible for managing around 20 active sites at any time with responsibility for up to 20 employees
- ensuring that projects are completed to the quality required
- working alongside other departments in the business to ensure smooth operation
- day to day organisation of individual projects
- regular reporting to the Operations Manager on your departments income and expenditure against budget

- kennet Landscapes are a busy and thriving commercial landscaping company based in Theale near Reading and are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work as part of a well established team in overseeing and managing our soft landscaping contracts
- geographical Area: Reading, Berkshire
Requirements
- minimum 3 years management experience in construction and/or landscaping
- excellent plant and tree knowledge
- ability to read and interpret site plans
- excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively under pressure
- able to manage multiple teams and overcome challenges calmly and efficiently
- excellent organisation and time management skills
- construction / landscaping: 3 years
- construction Health & Safety knowledge
