Responsibility
- six bar and restaurant are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers
- chef duties will consist of working alongside kitchen manager and kitchen staff, preparing food, and assisting in the delivery and pick up of meals
- cook food in various utensils or appliances according to specific recipes according to established procedures and standards. Ensure that all food is delicious and healthy
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef, or in food service with a degree in restaurant management is preferred but not required
- ability to work well under pressure and with a variety of different skills and techniques
- must be able to follow direction and learn new procedures
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the restaurant
- knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- ability to follow sanitation and health code guidelines
- maintain good communication skills with staff, customers, and other kitchen staff
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding service with every aspect of the restaurant business
