- we are a long established one of very few independents trading as a Mediterranean Wine Bar & Restaurant set in the historic Borelli Yard in Central Farnham
- we require a Head Chef to take charge of all kitchen operations working with a small team to deliver our menu to the highest standard and maintaining the highest kitchen standards at all times
- you may be a sous chef looking to take that next step or an established head chef simply seeking a change from your present role
- you will be responsible for all future menu planning and cost control, working with the owner and our Manager to ensure all areas of our food business are maintained to retain our 5 rating
- we are planning to simplify our menu and reintroduce our Pizza menu to ease and speed our kitchen operation. The incoming head chef can adapt dishes to his or her own style and make the kitchen their own
- an excellent bright recently refurbished kitchen with a range of new appliances. A very social working schedule being only 4 days a week. Sunday and Monday off plus a further floating day off
