Responsibility

  • to work in several areas of footwear manufacture
  • have and or develop a thorough knowledge of our wide range of factory machinery and how it works
  • operate required machinery to complete your tasks
  • work in a timely main adhering to strict product lead times
  • work in a diligent manner inspecting and ensuring quality is at the required level
  • be responsible for maintaining equipment and reporting any faults
  • maintain the work area ensuring it is clean organized and safe
  • identify and report unsafe operations to Supervisor immediately

Requirements

  • shoe, manufacturing: 3 years
  • footwear production: 1 year
  • assessing orthopedic footwear: 2 years
  • hand Lasting: 2 years
  • lasting or Toe Lasting: 2 years
