  • demonstrable experience in payroll management and administration

  • upskilling Managers to effectively deal with ER matters
  • familiarity with HR systems and software
  • problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges

Responsibility

  • stay updated on employment legislation and recommend necessary changes to policies and procedures
  • advise stakeholders on company policies and employment contracts in accordance with current legislation
