previous experience and knowledge of Home Care is ESSENTIAL as the successful applicant will take on leadership responsibilities of their designated team
Responsibility
in conjunction with our Recruitment Officers and other team members, oversee staff recruitment to ensure a robust process and support system are maintained
address any staff concerns
ensure that staff attend all mandatory training sessions
ensure all staff work in a safe manner and maintain an awareness of staff well-being, acting appropriately if any concerns are identified
ensure staff are clear of their accountabilities and have the support they require to carry out their roles safely and effectively
