Responsibility
- co-ordinate with all the business leaders to develop common reporting templates and timetables across the business
- develop and measure key performance indicators in cooperation with business managers
- develop and maintain a common costing methodology across the Water Technologies business
- provide Financial support for delivery of specific business projects
- ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly actual, quarterly forecast and annual budget process in compliance with US GAAP / our customer's reporting guidelines
- provide financial analysis on actual performance and prepare monthly Finance Deck, highlight variances, identify strengths or weaknesses that is performing for management actions / attention
- contribute to global initiatives around CRM, Sales incentive data, installed base, channel partner management, T&I, SCM/Procurement and selection/onboarding
- develop departmental cost variance reports for discussion with responsible managers for upward reporting to senior managers. To facilitate cost control, corrective action and accurate apportionment of cost
Requirements
- relevant financial qualifications and training along with a track record of proven experience in equivalent roles
- strong Customer orientation, Internal & External
- be able to cope with and support change in a constantly changing business environment
- effectively work with peers and partners who are not in the line of command to positively impact business performance
- basic understanding of statistical methods and tools -R, Python
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- highly self-motivated and able to work under time pressure
- strong communication and presentation skills
