Responsibility
- answering incoming enquiries for events and large bookings
- booking events into the calendar, ensuring it is kept up to date with all the required handover information
- seeking ways to increase event bookings and upsell
- organising and managing of all elements of an event in the build up and execution of weddings, function and events
- dealing with face-to-face, telephone and online enquiries
- liaising with the Head and Sous Chef with regards to the catering requirements of each function
- you may also be required to assist in other areas of the business at certain times, such as front of house
