Responsibility

  • spicers is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of black, green & speciality tea and fruit & herbal infusions
  • we are looking to recruit a Warehouse & Blending Operative, working in the Blending Dept
  • for the Newcastle plant at Royal Quays, North Shields
  • maintain and improve the safety, legality and quality of products manufactured in accordance with food safety and quality policy
  • to demonstrate quality workmanship and safety conscious behaviour at all times
  • we are also recruiting for a night shift, for which there is a 12.5% shift allowance
  • to ensure all hygiene and housekeeping instructions are strictly adhered to
  • the company has 2 sites, Head Office in Ferndown, Dorset and a large manufacturing plant in Newcastle to support its blending expertise with the facilities to produce high volume bespoke tea blends

Requirements
