- ensuring that all food hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to in order to maintain our 5 star rating
- maintain relevant health and safety records pertaining to duties carried out, store/display correctly and archive
- cooking of agreed menus in the Old Parcels Office and other outlets as needed
- where appropriate develop food menu specs in order that all offers, menus & specials can be re-produced in your absence
- to cater for all events & functions that are held in the cafe
- ensure the kitchen, its storage areas and equipment are kept to high standards of cleanliness and repair
- control costs in your area and minimise wastage
- ensure a consistent and quality product is delivered at all times
