  • this role will include a 3 month training programme, with a direct route to becoming our next General Manager

  • assist the operations team in managing aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and stock management

Requirements

  • experience as a Duty Manager/Assistant manger
  • exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for food and beverage, with a strong understanding of trends in the industry
  • strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • most importantly a can do attitude with a willingness to learn all aspects of the job role and succeed with the help of the operations team coaching you to your full potential
