Responsibility
- to provide a warm and friendly environment that meets the needs of all service users
- to deliver planned activities as directed by the Session Co-Ordinator
- to encourage individuals to participate in group activities to develop social skills
- to support service users to offsite community visits/activities
- to attend mandatory training and staff meetings/supervision when required
- to work in accordance with Keen2Go’s policy and procedure requirements and to have full understanding of responsibilities outlined within
- to have a strong understanding of safeguarding issues and procedures
- to undertake other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post that may reasonably be required from time to time
