  • manage labour and materials across new-build and refurb sites in the West Midlands
  • develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise promptly
  • prepare reports on contract status and performance for senior management
  • provide guidance and support to team members regarding contract-related queries

Requirements

  • experience in roof tiling essential, experience in flat roofing beneficial
  • strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate negotiations and discussions
  • demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams or projects
  • exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • previous experience in contract management in this particular field is preferred but not mandatory
  • A proactive approach with the ability to drive initiatives forward while managing multiple contracts simultaneously
