Responsibility
- learn details about our company and services we offer to new and existing customers
- contact new and existing customers to offer our services
- keep an updated customer database
- direct all prospect and leads to director
- track and document calls and sale
- due to expansion and the relocation to larger premises, we are currently seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to work with us on a part time basis
- we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator & listener with a professional but friendly approach, along with an organised & punctual manner
Requirements
- experience as Telesales Advisor or similar customer service sales role
- ability to use Microsoft programmes & TMS systems
- proven record of hitting targets
- ability and willingness to speak to new leads over the phone on a daily basis
- patient & friendly personality
- work well within a team
- good communication & possess entrepreneurial manners
- punctual
