  • we are looking for someone who has had previous experience working in kitchens
  • the location is right by the new trams and is predicted to be a new Leith hotspot
  • malones is opening its second venue in Edinburgh, after a successful 13 years in the city we are excited to be opening our new venture in Leith
  • we want to do good pub food with a speciality for seafood given our location
