- manage a caseload of claims in accordance with client and company philosophies
- work proactively with all members of the KDW team
- ensuring a high level of communication is kept throughout the life cycle of a claim
- ensure comprehensive notes are recorded on all files
- can demonstrate a highly professional work ethic
- willingness to take initiative to solve problems as well as working to solve problems within a team
- to provide verbal and written advice to customers on all aspects of claims handling as well as providing a high level of service to our external clients through client relationship
Requirements
- experience as a claim’s handler
- good organisational and timekeeping skills
- excellent written and verbal skills
- integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- CII Qualified to Cert CII level
- must be computer literate and able to learn multiple online systems to a high standard
