Responsibility

  • manage a caseload of claims in accordance with client and company philosophies
  • work proactively with all members of the KDW team
  • ensuring a high level of communication is kept throughout the life cycle of a claim
  • ensure comprehensive notes are recorded on all files
  • can demonstrate a highly professional work ethic
  • willingness to take initiative to solve problems as well as working to solve problems within a team
  • to provide verbal and written advice to customers on all aspects of claims handling as well as providing a high level of service to our external clients through client relationship

Requirements

  • experience as a claim’s handler
  • good organisational and timekeeping skills
  • excellent written and verbal skills
  • integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • CII Qualified to Cert CII level
  • must be computer literate and able to learn multiple online systems to a high standard
