Responsibility
- to be the first point of contact for existing care workers, service users and new referrals
- effectively handle all enquiries and work alongside them as part of our onboarding process
- effectively roster staff to their calls safely, effectively, and responsibly
- work alongside compliance to support a robust recruitment process to ensure safe staff numbers for current needs and future growth
- take part in the induction, probation, supervision, and appraisals of the care team
- support the effective communications regarding incidents, complaints and CQC notifications
- ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards at all times
- have a strong awareness of risks and how to minimise them
Requirements
- have a strong commitment to improving the life of vulnerable people
- show willingness and flexibility to join the on-call rota alternate weekends to meet business needs
- have sound knowledge of CQC standards and compliance
- preferably have gained 1-2 years’ experience in Care Coordinating withing the Health and Social Care Sector
- have a Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
- have attained an NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or working towards completion
- providing care: 1 year
