  • daily monitoring of bank account and daily cashflow
  • supplier payments & control – working with project managers to verify capital payments, etc
  • submit the EC Sales List declaration to HMRC each month. Monitor despatches for intrastat purposes and submit as necessary
  • completion of month end pack – cash, cash forecast & intercompany balances
  • provide support for company credit cards transaction processing
  • ensure employee expense forms are processed accurately and monitor balances to reclaim via payroll
  • weekly cashflows – ensure these are accurate and reflect correct sales forecasts and purchase information – working with Financial Controller to improve the information
  • foreign currency revaluation
