- provides monthly report on the area of Quality Operations to the Head of Quality Operations
- veeva QMS System Owner
- closely collaborate with the KRC Technology Innovations team to maintain and further develop the functionalities of the Veeva QMS
- ensures effective and high quality delivery of Quality Operations Services
- standard Operations Management
- provides support and maintains the organization of SOP for KCR
- develop release- and implementation strategies related to the Veeva QMS in close collaboration with the KCR L&D representatives. Obtain green light for system updates and implementation strategies from the Head of Quality Assurance
- assists in review and development of new KCR policies and guidelines
Requirements
- university degree
- knowledge of GCP, GMP and GLP regulations
- knowledge of ICH guidelines and clinical research process
- some statistics awareness / knowledge
- excellent analytical skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- minimum of 3 years' experience in GCP related QMS/SOP management projects plus minimum 3 years relevant work experience in clinical research
- sound judgement to evaluate discrepancies, make decisions and report findings
