Responsibility
- pricing, planning and overseeing the delivery of projects
- drafting contracts
- taking responsibility for health & safety
- negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors where applicable
- ensuring that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated as and when necessary
- building and maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
- you will be responsible for sourcing and managing new contracts, seeking out new opportunities for growth and diversification, line management of your team and maintaining and monitoring work schedules and safety checklists
- identifying ways to increase efficiency and improve productivity
Requirements
- arboricultural experience
- good communication skills and customer service skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and high attention to detail
- line management experience
- experience of required industry legal standards and an understanding of industry terminology
- full, clean UK driving licence
- comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- experience of working with local authorities
