KB TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • role: Accounts & HR Administrator
  • hours: 8am-4.30pm including 30 minute paid lunch
  • days: Monday to Friday
  • location: Canalside House, 7 Sandy Lane Business Park, Coventry, CV1 4DQ
  • general administration- monitoring stock cupboard levels and ordering stationary/uniform
  • learn customer invoicing to assist and cover during annual leave
  • adhoc projects- Employee party planning, creating posters etc
  • weekly hours report and chasing missing clock in times

Requirements

  • proven experience in an accounts role or similar setting
  • experience using sage or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
  • due to the confidential nature of the role, a strong understanding of respect and confidentially it required
  • proficient in using Microsoft 365 and applications
  • strong organisational skills
  • exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
