  • monitor batching up of recipes with the on – line team leaders
  • co-ordinate the collection and distribution of standard product samples
  • assist / Chair daily taste panel and follow up any quality issues arising
  • to assist in training all new QC staffs and ensure that they are trained in all aspects of quality monitoring
  • control the issuing and filing away of all factory and technical paperwork
  • daily chiller temperature checks. Any deviations to be reported
