monitor and record all product and equipment temperatures from raw materials, pre-process, post-process, final packed products and distribution – as relevant. Deviations from specifications to be reported to the relevant department manager
monitor batching up of recipes with the on – line team leaders
co-ordinate the collection and distribution of standard product samples
assist / Chair daily taste panel and follow up any quality issues arising
to assist in training all new QC staffs and ensure that they are trained in all aspects of quality monitoring
control the issuing and filing away of all factory and technical paperwork
