- to attend and contribute to all staff meetings and staff supervision sessions as and when required
- to keep an up to date log of all cases and provide status updates to management as requested
- maintain the e-learning system and liaise with the e-learning provider, Training Department and Homes regarding any queries
- maintain relevant electronic documentation and other filing systems
- we are looking for a driven, motivated individual to be the first point of contact in the provision of the HR service for all managers and staff within a defined portfolio of homes
